Robin Sharma morning 20–20–20 rule.This one hour division into three 20 minutes segments each:

1. Rise at 5 am (Robin Sharma emphasises on this greatly and there are groups on social media as well called as 5 am Club)

2. Spend your first 20 minutes on exercise/yoga

3. Invest the next 20 working on meditation/prayer or simply figuring out your day plan.

4. Devote the last 20 to learning and reading some inspirational stuff or investing this time in honing your skills
